  1. Have demonstrated ‘Possum Potential’ – that is, a solid background and impressive track record in sales (doesn’t need to be in furniture), with an aptitude to offer the very best customer service in The JIMMY POSSUM Way.   This is a very important step.
  2. Have superb communication skills, as well as being a whiz on the computer, plus a proven team player attitude.  These attributes make up the second very significant step.
  3. Have enthusiasm for the role ‘every day, in every way’, with motivation aplenty, and a can do / proactive attitude (get the picture?).  We really can’t stress enough how important this third step is!
  4. Have a positive outlook; be comfortable working in a busy and exciting environment; have a natural flair for beautiful furniture, sofas, décor, and artwork, along with an appreciation of colour and design, and, and ….. so much more.  All ‘très important’!
